I've had several bad experiences at this pharmacy. The workers I interacted with were very rude. I always try to be as nice as possible with service workers because I know that regulations beyond their control can cause difficulties. I don't feel like I got the same treatment in return. They always ask me if I have any questions and then seemed annoyed and defensive when I actually asked them anything. Very unhelpful. I know it's a busy pharmacy, but that's no excuse to be unprofessional. I understand getting frustrated because I've worked in plenty of very busy places with some very obnoxious customers, but it's still the workers fault if they take out that frustration on their customers. Do your job! There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area so I suggest going to a different one.
